We begin tonight’s edition of A Window to the Fatherland with Dr. Alireza Nourizadeh reading one of his poems from the book of his collected works.
Dr. Alireza Nourizadeh:
We continue the program with the news of BarhamSaleh becoming the new president of Iraq.
Barham Saleh has been a dear and close friend of mine for many years and upon the news of his election victory I texted and congratulated him this morning. I told him that I am as happy as the people of Iraq on this day as the sedition of Ghassem Soleimani and Khamenei to influence the outcome of Iraq’ presidential election has badly failed!
They were plotting to put their own favorite man in the office of president of Iraq and once again Mr. Barezani has made another major strategic error by not supporting Saleh’s candidacy.
As with every other Thursday, we now talk to Dr. Mohsen Sazegara who would share with us his expert opinion about Saleh’s victory and what it means for Iraq.
Saleh has asked Adel Abdul Mahdi to form a cabinet. He is a former Marxist who has studied in France and I believe he would form a cabinet of technocrats.
Ghassem Soleimani had travelled to Iraq and wasstaying at ambassador Iraj Masjedi’s home and summoning the Iranian regime’s Iraqi stooges one by one to influence the outcome of the election.
Dr. Mohsen Sazegara:
While in Washington Mr Brian Hook is managing the Iran Action Group round the clock in the days leading up to the 4th November and the start of the oil and gas sanctions, it appears that the Russians have made a behind the scene deal with the regime to import 350,000 barrel of oil from Iran and refine and sell it at their domestic markets.
This arrangement is similar to the one used during the oil embargo on Saddam’s regime in Iraq.
The regime’s claim of having hit the ISIS bases inside by missiles Syria is completely false as the Revolutionary Guards are adept in cheating the public with false images and information.
It was the Revolutionary Guards who insisted on the continuation of the war with Iraq and caused the calamities that led to hundreds of thousands of deaths and destroyed our country.
Dr. Alireza Nourizadeh:
Rouhani had acted very arrogantly during his presence at the UN and claimed Europe is with the regime and against the US, but we can now see that the table is turning.
Stay with us for this edition of a Window to the Fatherland and share it with your family and friends.
