We begin tonight’s edition of A Window to the Fatherland with Dr. Alireza Nourizadeh reading one of his poems from the book of his collected works.
Dr. Alireza Nourizadeh:
We continue the program with reading the report of Parastoo Forouhar about her parents on the anniversary of their murder at the hands of the agents of the regime.
The part that she talks about identifying theirbodies in the morgue is truly horrific, as the murderers had slashed the bodies in haste.
The murders of the Forouhars have become the trademark of the Iranian regime and have continued since its inception.
Another such victim was Fatemeh Ghaem-Maghami, who worked as an airhostess with Aseman Airways. She was sacked from her job onphony excuses and later separated form her husband.
But on one flight she had met with the then intelligence minister the sinister and corrupt womanizer Ali Falahian who had advanced on her and ruined her life by sitting her in a private villa in north Tehran and showered her with jewelry and money for his sexual pleasure.
But she had also begun a relationship with a pilot who led to Falahian’s anger and he ordered her murder.
Years later the notorious Saeed Emami who was involved in the murder of the Forouhars confessed that he carried out Fatemeh Ghaem-Maghami murder on the order of Falahian and dropped her body on the bank of a motorway.
In the second part of the program we will discuss the latest news and developments of Iran and the Middle East with commentator Mohsen Khatami.
