Dear Friends,
Some of you may know Dr. Abbas Milani who is an Iranian American, and a
professor at Stanford University. He is director of Iranian Studies at
Stanford University. He is a great Iranian historian of Qajar and
Pahlavi era of Iran. His famous book was “the Shah”.
He has written a number of books about the contemporary Iranian history and the situation
of Baha’is and their sufferings in Iran. He has been giving many
lectures both in Persian and English in support of Baha’is and how the
government in Iran has been treating Baha’is.
Shapour Daneshmand, who is now living in Los Angeles. He
has created a website calledhttp://aquietgenocide.com/ where he has put
his interviews with many Baha’is.
Recently Shapour interviewed Dr. Abbas Milani. A very interesting
interview. I would like to recommend you to watch this long video clip
in English to learn more about the situation of Baha’is in Iran.
Neither Shapour or Dr. Milani is Baha’is but both support Baha’is.
